 MICRO LASER WARRANTY

 

Warranty is one calendar year from date of shipping from ILP on all parts excluding the laser diode, which carries a separate manufacturers warranty.

The laser diode has a warranty for 5000 hours

NOTE: Diodes should remain operable for 8000 - 10000 hours under normal continuous operating conditions.  

 

  MICRO LASER SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

 

 Under normal operating conditions the MicroLaser requires little maintenance due to the design features. Apart from anticipated dust accumulation on the cooling fan intakes and apertures and a regular clean of the laser lens in the CD unit nothing else is required.

Cleaning should be performed on a regular basis.  Full instructions on proper maintenance procedures are included in the operating manual.
